UACCM THE SUMMIT Campus Report 2025-26: Revenues and Expenses

Budget Growth & Tuition Adjustments

UACCM has increased its general operating budget by 10% over a three-year period, driven by consecutive annual funding expansions.

For the 2025–26 academic year, UACCM recorded a $15.5 million Educational and General (E&G) budget, representing a 2% increase over the previous year and a 3.3% increase over the 2023–24 period. The institution's upcoming 2026–27 budget will see an additional 6.5% year-over-year increase.

These figures speak to the growth and expansion UACCM continues to experience year-over-year. With the opening of the new Nursing and Science Center, the expansion of programming across all campus divisions, and continuing to offer competitive salary and benefits packages as an Employer of ChoiceUACCM strives to remain true to its roots of community and culture and to its mission of excellence in learning and personal enrichment.

UACCM’s operating revenues consist primarily of Tuition and Fees, State Appropriations, and Sales Tax Collections. To support expanding operations, the UA Board of Trustees authorized a tuition increase of $20 per credit hour, one of the largest in UACCM's history. This adjustment was necessitated in part by UACCM's ranking of 4th in enrollment among Arkansas's 22 two-year colleges, while also ranking 21st in state funding allocations among Arkansas's 22 two-year colleges.

Local Sales Tax Revenue & Endowment Milestone

Annual local tax revenues for UACCM near $1.5 million. The dedicated quarter-percent sales tax was originally approved by Conway County voters in 2000 to aid funding for then Petit Jean College, which transitioned into the UA System to become UACCM.

Conway County’s growth and additional tax collections can be largely credited to the $1B expansion project underway at Arkansas Kraft Division of Green Bay Packaging and many more local initiatives.

In a separate milestone, the county-wide financial aid initiative "Conway County School Counts!" is celebrating its 20th anniversary this fall.

Launched in 2006 with an initial target of building a $1 million endowment to support local high school graduates attending UACCM, the endowment has now grown to exceed $3 million. The program is supported by secondary school districts and matching institutional contributions and tuition waivers from UACCM. Most recently, School Counts! funds have supported Conway County high school concurrent students attending UACCM. Countless students from Conway County public and private schools have benefitted from School Counts!
