Public Invited to National Manufacturing Day Event at UACCM

Workforce Strong is an event coinciding with National Manufacturing Day, where business and industry leaders will share opportunities in high-demand fields. This October, businesses and educational institutions nationwide will celebrate National Manufacturing Day, an event designed to encourage the public to enter a high-demand career. The public is invited to attend a free event, called Workforce Strong, which will take place at the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton. Business and industry leaders will be at the Workforce Training Center on Saturday, October 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., to share opportunities available in central Arkansas. During the stop-and-go event, attendees can speak with business and industry leaders from the region, ask one-on-one questions, and explore opportunities in the job market.
