UACCM to Host Job Fair on February 13, 2016

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton will be hosting a FREE job fair on February 13, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. with free lunch included.  Information sessions will be offered on the hour, from 9:00 a.m. – noon, for those interested in getting more information about both short-term training programs and the college’s credit programs.  While the Fair is designed for those who are currently unemployed, all are invited to attend. Businesses from the following counties have been invited to be available to fair participants:  Conway, Perry, Van Buren, Pope, Yell, and Faulkner Counties. Spots remain for our Free Basic Welding Training for the Unemployed

9 SPOTS LEFT! UACCM in conjunction with the Arkansas Sector Partnership National Emergency Grant  (ASP Grant) are excited to offer a seven-week pre-employment basic welding training program. The program will be held on the UACCM campus and will run from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm every Monday through Friday during February 1 through March 18. Classes include soft skills, safety training, as well as gas metal arc welding and gas tungsten arc welding. Up to 6-credit hours possible. The ASP Grant is offering a scholarship for participants who are unemployed and who meet other qualifications. The scholarship covers tuition, fees, and welding supplies. To determine eligibility, please turn in all scholarship applications as soon as possible.  Eligible applicants will be accepted until all spots are full. The program will be held on the UACCM campus and will run from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm every Monday through Friday during February 1 through March 18. Important Tax Information For Students

2015 1098T forms are available online at  www.1098t.com . Go to “Access my Records”. Use your last name and either your student id or social security number to access. Not all students will receive a 2015 1098T form. The information reflected on the 2015 1098T form is based on what was posted to your student account between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015. 2015 Paper 1098T forms will be mailed by January 31, 2016, unless you have selected to receive yours electronically.  If you wish to receive your UACCM 1098T forms electronically, please complete the electronic delivery consent disclosure statement.
