The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton was awarded continued Early Childhood Associate Degree Accreditation for its Early Childhood Development program. The accreditation is awarded by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Accredited programs align learning experiences and assessments with national standards and use student performance data to improve teaching and learning. Accreditation is awarded to associate degree programs that demonstrate evidence of meeting the Professional Preparation Standards.
