JOHN TWO-HAWKS TO PERFORM AT UACCM
The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton will host John Two-Hawks for a free community event Nov. 7 in celebration of Native American Heritage Month. The show will take place at the UACCM Fine Arts Auditorium beginning at 6:30 p.m.
John Two-Hawks is a GRAMMY® and Emmy nominated, Platinum Award Winning recording artist whose music has been featured in movies by Fox Searchlight, films by HBO, and programs by The History Channel. He is a bona fide World, Native and Alternative Music pioneer who has pushed the boundaries of musical genres for decades and challenged the limits of what is possible in music composition and performance.
Two-Hawks is an international touring artist who has performed for audiences as large as 12,000. A remarkably gifted instrumentalist, incredible vocalist and native flute virtuoso, his signature brand of World Fusion, Native and Alternative music is known and loved by millions around the world.
