Luminaries tomorrow evening...entrance/exit changes

As you may already know, tomorrow evening is our annual "Night of Luminaries" free holiday event here at UACCM. The event begins at 6:00 pm and features nearly 2,000 candle-lit paper bags spread across campus, free refreshments, a free gift for each child attending, and Santa himself. Please stop by and check out this fun event that helps usher in the holiday season.

Just a quick note about the entrances/exits available on campus during the event:

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS WITH THURSDAY EVENING CLASSES:
  • For the safety of Night of Luminaries volunteers and patrons, traffic through campus will be one-way beginning at 5:00 pm. Outside traffic is asked to enter campus using the Bruce Street Entrance on the east end of campus and exit through the newest University Boulevard exit on the far west end of campus.
  • The main University Boulevard entrance will be closed completely to thru traffic beginning shortly after 4:30 pm on Thursday. Those leaving the University Center/BTC parking lot after this time will need to use the newest University Boulevard exit, located west of the University Center.
  • Please do not enter campus using the newest University Boulevard entrance. A portion of the entrance will be blocked off.
  • Please do not exit campus using the Bruce Street exit. A portion of the exit will also be blocked off.
Thank you for your cooperation with Night of Luminaries! We hope to see you there!
