UACCM REPORTS ALL-TIME ENROLLMENT RECORD

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) has reported an all-time record enrollment of 2,764 credit students for Fall 2025, the highest reported enrollment for either a Fall or Spring semester in college history.

The enrollment of 2,764 credit students is a 20 percent increase over Fall 2024 and third consecutive fall of increased enrollment for UACCM.

The enrollment breaks the previous enrollment record held since Fall 2009, when the college reported 2,462 credit students.

UACCM is also posting a 10% increase in student semester credit hours over last fall, with 23,020.

“I am grateful to UACCM’s full faculty and staff for the strategy, foresight, recruiting, quality programming and instruction that UACCM is known for, and the grit and determination to battle back and exceed enrollment projections in a time of demographic changes, enrollment cliffs, and recent low confidence in higher education,” said UACCM Chancellor Lisa Willenberg.

UACCM also posted a retention rate of 62 percent and a graduation rate of 42 percent.

“The mix of quality undergraduate, high school concurrent, and short-term workforce training is the perfect recipe for UACCM and our region,” Willenberg continued.

Of the 2,764 credit students, 1,292 are concurrent credit students – An increase of 65 percent from fall 2024.

UACCM currently partners with 26 school districts across the state in the concurrent program for 2025-2026, including Conway High School, Morrilton High School, and Russellville High School.

“I commend the legislature for the passage of the ACCESS legislation from the 2025 General Session. While UACCM has focused heavily on increasing concurrent outreach to districts over the last five years, the Access to Acceleration Scholarship Program and the state’s funding has paved the way for many students interested in a jump-start to their college career,” said Willenberg.

In addition to credit programs, customized business and industry trainings, and numerous short-term, non-credit courses are also offered on a continual rotation, including commercial driver training, heavy equipment operator training, and underground directional drilling training. UACCM also has adult education and community education offerings available.
