What is your student status?

Taelyn: I am graduating this May.

Johnna: I will be graduating in May.

What degree/certificate are you seeking?

Taelyn: An Associates of Applied Science in Business.

Johnna: An Associates of Applied Science in Business.

Why did you choose UACCM?

Taelyn: For the environment and student life.

Johnna: The campus made me feel comfortable.

What is your favorite thing about UACCM?

Taelyn: The teachers and how much they create a caring environment.

Johnna: The Grill and Ms. Z.

What is unique about your UACCM story?

Taelyn: Johnna has made my UACCM experience unique. We have been in every class together since we started school and even though we were strangers in the beginning, she has made studying so much easier and taught me the importance of having support.

Johnna: My UACCM story is unique because of Taelyn. Taelyn and I have had every class together since we started classes here in fall of 2023 and we just clicked! My college experience has been better just because I have had a friend beside me the whole way. I know that I always have someone to talk to if I am confused on any work. You may think you can tough it out, but having a helping hand is such a blessing and I wouldn’t trade our friendship for anything. I am so thankful UACCM brought us together.

Do you have an advice for current and future UACCM students?

Taelyn: If you have a break during your classes use it to study don’t just go sit in your car.

Johnna: Always make your best effort to be here every day as well as be honest and open with your professors! They are here for you and want to help you!

What are your plans after you finish your degree?

Taelyn: I am going to continue my education and get my Bachelors in Finance.

Johnna: Once I graduate in May I hope to be able to make my way into health administration.
