Students have completed several weeks of the spring 2021 semester, and we have two important tasks for your to-do list: complete your 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the summer sessions if you haven’t already and complete scholarship applications for the fall 2021 semester by April 1.

FAFSA

You’ll need some information before you get started with your FAFSA.

  • Your FSA ID (a parent may need one too).
  • 2018 Federal tax information or tax returns for the 2020-2021 FAFSA including IRS W-2 information, for you (and your spouse, if you are married), and for your parents if you are a dependent student.
  • UACCM federal school code (005245).

Even if you have scholarships, this is important. Federal funding can include up to $6,395 in Pell Grant funds per year. Be sure to ask the Financial Aid Office about Pell for summer terms; the Financial Aid Office will also send out helpful reminders about summer aid to your UACCM email. If you are interested in earning while learning, check out the Federal Work Study program.

Scholarships

UACCM offers different academic-and technical-oriented scholarships. Apply by completing one or more of the forms below:

The UACCM Foundation also offers several private scholarships, with many directed to students pursuing different degree options. Explore this full list of UACCM scholarships to find what is best for you.

So get started. Do you have any questions? Contact the Financial Aid staff at financialaid@uaccm.edu or call at 501-977-2055
