UACCM Faculty and Staff serve during 2019 Multicultural Meet 'N Greet

UACCM is holding its annual Multicultural Meet & Greet, which will take place on Thursday, January 16, from 11:30 to 1:00 at the Student Union.

Details:
This is one of the highlights of the semester and a popular among UACCM students and employees—a lunch of dishes from cultures around the world. Faculty and staff will be serving in the Student Union, where students are free stop by anytime during the event and fill their plate. The lunch is free to students. 
  • There will also be music along with the usual activities that is common in the Student Union such as pool and ping pong.
  • The event is sponsored by UACCM Student Activities and Events and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
One More Thing:
A contest for students dressed in attire representing their cultural heritage will also take place during X-Period. Students must be present in the in order to enter the contest. The prize will be a gift card from Walmart, and the winner will be announced at the end of the event. 
  •  Dressing up is a great way to share your heritage and something fun to do for the first week of classes.
