How to Cope with Stress in College

The UACCM Counseling & Disability Services will hold stress management workshops during in April, designed to help students better deal with pressures affecting their lives. These 50-minute discussions will take place each day starting Monday, April 8 through Friday, April 12, at the Library Complex, Room 201. 

“We understand that college and stress go hand in hand," said Abby Jones, the counselor and disability services coordinator. "We’re offering this stress management workshop to assist students in learning about their stress as well as how to cope effectively with stress in and outside of college.”  

Prizes will be given out to eligible participants.
