High School Students, Public Invited To UACCM Career Expo

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton
(UACCM) is hosting a career expo on Thursday, February 21, from 9:00 a.m. to
3:00 p.m. The expo will take place at the Workforce Training Center on UACCM’s
campus. The event is free and open to high school students and the general
public.
From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., high school students from
grades 10-12 can explore career and program options with local companies and UACCM
staff. Admissions officers will be on hand to answer questions and discuss what
the college has to offer. The event is also open to UACCM students and the
public from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to meet with representatives from companies
across central Arkansas to explore employment opportunities, present their
resumes, and have an onsite interview.
