Fourth Annual 'Career Exploration' Set For June 25-28
The
University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton’s fourth annual Career
Exploration event will be held June 25-28 for students who have completed the
8th through 12th grades. Each day runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
There is a
skyrocketing demand for people with career-specific skills training. Join UACCM
faculty and staff on this free, four-day journey where students can explore
several exciting possibilities for their futures. Participants will gain
hands-on experience and take away valuable skills as they shape their
understanding of various career fields. This year’s event will include instruction
in Industrial Mechanics & Maintenance, Welding, and Automotive Service
technologies.
Career
Exploration is sponsored by UACCM’s Department of Workforce & Community
Education. For more information or to register, contact Jessica Rohlman at rohlman@uaccm.edu,
