Annual 'Links for Learning' Golf Tournament Set For May 23

The 12th Annual “Links for Learning” golf tournament will be held on Tuesday, May 23 at the Morrilton Country Club beginning with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. The three-person scramble is sponsored by the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton Foundation.

Proceeds from the tournament support UACCM’s special programs and services. Community members can be involved in this event by entering the tournament as players, or by donating door prizes and promotional items as sponsors. The entry fee for each three-person team is $300, which includes registration with two mulligans per player, carts, lunch, goody bags, and prizes. Sponsors can promote their businesses by donating door prizes that will be given out during drawings throughout the day. The registration deadline for sponsors is May 11, followed by the May 18 deadline for players.

UACCM Eclipse Parking

  The following guidelines apply to any vehicles parked on the UACCM campus at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. Student Onboarding Due March 25

In preparation for Fall 2024 advising & registration, students should log into Workday and complete a series of tasks called Student Onboarding : Students should log in to Workday and complete these tasks:  Navigate to  myapps.microsoft.com  in a web browser.  Log in with your UACCM email and password when prompted. You may also be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or secure code.  A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled “Workday” and select it.  You are now logged into Workday!  Once logged in, you will do the Federal Student Aid Authorization and then complete My Tasks .  This will include such things editing your contact information (if necessary), editing your personal information (if necessary), adding My Friends and Family (emergency contact information), and other tasks. When entering your My Friends and Family information, you must select Emergency Contact as one of the relationship types or you will get an error message .

Get to know Miss UACCM 2023

  Earlier this month, Zaybrau Williams, from Dardanelle, was named Miss UACCM in the fifteenth annual Miss UACCM pageant.  Zaybrau was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the UACCM’s Chancellor’s Office, a floral bouquet courtesy of Plummer’s Flowers and Gifts, Morrilton, and gifts cards from Elia’s Mexican Grill, Morrilton, and Red Barn Market, Conway. Get to know Miss UACCM 2023, Zaybrau Williams, a little more. Why did you choose UACCM? I chose UACCM because of the community size and the various opportunities that are available to me. From being raised in a small community, UACCM felt like home. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming, it made choosing UACCM so easy. What are your educational and career goals?
