UACCM Announces Kid College 2016 Dates
The
University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton has begun enrollment in
the summer Kids College program. This
summer, your child can trek across the Serengeti and take a trip to the past to
visit a world of knights, damsels, and castles.
While summer
is normally a time when children try to avoid school, this camp is the
exception, offering a full week of imagination,
education, and fun. Children
entering first through fourth grades can participate from Monday, June 27
through Thursday, June 30. Classes start
at 8:00 a.m. each day and end at 2:30 p.m. in the UACCM Kirk Building Room 116.
The cost
to attend the four-day excursion is $75 per child, due at the time of
registration. Participating children
should bring a sack lunch and an afternoon snack. There are a limited number of openings, and
spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
For more
information or to enroll a child, go to the "See All Courses" tab at www.uaccm.edu/communityed or
contact Kara Jones at 501.208.5302.
