11th Annual Just Desserts Fundraiser, Feb. 14, 2013

The UACCM Foundation announces plans for the 11th annual Just Desserts fundraiser on Thursday, February 14 from 5:30-8:00 pm in the UACCM Plaza. Just Desserts features a variety of desserts, savory snacks, and musical entertainment, as well as silent and chance auctions.

Just Desserts boasts an impressive selection of all you can eat desserts that are guaranteed to satisfy even the biggest sweet tooth. All of the desserts are donated by area bakeries and restaurants, as well as UACCM faculty, staff, and Foundation Board members. A gourmet coffee bar will be available as well as a selection of savory snacks, including Petit Jean meat and cheese trays.

The event will also have entertainment, a silent auction, and tickets for the chance auction. If you find yourself wanting to take a dessert or two home with you, all remaining dessert items will be auctioned at 7:45 p.m.

The Foundation is currently seeking sponsorships and donations of desserts and silent and chance auction items. The UACCM Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established to raise funds, accept gifts, and invest resources for the sole benefit of the college.

Get to know Miss UACCM 2023

  Earlier this month, Zaybrau Williams, from Dardanelle, was named Miss UACCM in the fifteenth annual Miss UACCM pageant.  Zaybrau was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the UACCM’s Chancellor’s Office, a floral bouquet courtesy of Plummer’s Flowers and Gifts, Morrilton, and gifts cards from Elia’s Mexican Grill, Morrilton, and Red Barn Market, Conway. Get to know Miss UACCM 2023, Zaybrau Williams, a little more. Why did you choose UACCM? I chose UACCM because of the community size and the various opportunities that are available to me. From being raised in a small community, UACCM felt like home. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming, it made choosing UACCM so easy. What are your educational and career goals? Student Onboarding Due March 25

In preparation for Fall 2024 advising & registration, students should log into Workday and complete a series of tasks called Student Onboarding : Students should log in to Workday and complete these tasks:  Navigate to  myapps.microsoft.com  in a web browser.  Log in with your UACCM email and password when prompted. You may also be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or secure code.  A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled “Workday” and select it.  You are now logged into Workday!  Once logged in, you will do the Federal Student Aid Authorization and then complete My Tasks .  This will include such things editing your contact information (if necessary), editing your personal information (if necessary), adding My Friends and Family (emergency contact information), and other tasks. When entering your My Friends and Family information, you must select Emergency Contact as one of the relationship types or you will get an error message .
