Due to threatening tornado activity and severe weather in the Central Arkansas area, UACCM will be closed beginning at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, April 26th.

This closing includes the cancellation of classes for April 26th beginning at 4:30 pm

  The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton is proud to announce the Chancellor’s and Dean’s lists of students for the Spring 2026 semester. The Chancellor’s List recognizes full-time students who completed at least 12 college-level credit hours with a 4.00 grade point average. The Dean’s List recognizes full-time students who completed at least 12 college-level credit hours with a 3.50 to 3.99 grade point average. Commercial Driver Training Program Begins Enrollment at UACCM

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton Workforce Training & Community Education department is now accepting applications for the new, non-credit, Commercial Driver Training Program.  Beginning in June, the program is four to seven weeks, consisting of 160-164 training hours. Wayne Smith Trucking generously donated a 2007 Great Dane trailer for use by the class.  Program participants must be 21 years of age and be able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screening. Participants must be able to read, speak, and comprehend the English language sufficiently to meet the Department of Transportation regulations. Participants may need to be available for some evening on-the-road training. Upon completion of the program, students will be tested by the State Police or a third party tester for their Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). UACCM Sees Largest Fall Enrollment Since 2011

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) has reported a preliminary fall enrollment of 2,250 credit students. The growth comes despite financial aid delays due to issues with the new FAFSA form, as well as UACCM transferring to Workday Student, a new student information system.  The 2,250 credit students serve as the highest fall enrollment at UACCM since 2011. “I am so proud of the entire UACCM faculty and staff for their tireless work in overcoming multiple odds this year from standard recruitment competition to the new University of Arkansas systemwide Workday Student implementation, to the Department of Education’s FAFSA revamp disorder.
