Trauma Scholarship Grant Program

UACCM has eight (8) Trauma/EMT Scholarship Grants available for the current Spring 2011 semester. The scholarships are in the amount of $567 each.


Requirements:
  • Must have declared EMT as your major
  • Must be enrolled in the 8 hour EMT class this Spring 2011 semester
  • Awarded based on financial need of the student with preference going to students that do not qualify for other types of need based aid (excluding student loans).


Applicants must complete a UACCM Scholarship Application. Please note on the scholarship application that you are applying for the EMT Scholarship. For more information, please see Stacy in the UACCM Financial Aid Office.

Congratulations to UACCM's September Student of the Month, Jasmine Novak! Jasmine is in her final semester of UACCM's Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education degree. After graduation, Jasmine plans to continue her education at UACCM and pursue an Associate of Science in Education degree. Jasmine's goal is to transfer to a four-year university to get a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.  Jasmine is a first-generation college student and UACCM was the best fit for her because of tuition, proximity, and campus resources.  Jasmine says her favorite things about UACCM are the student and faculty interactions. Pay Tuition Bills and Review Account Balances Through Workday

UACCM is continuing to improve the student information system experience as we transition from Campus Connect to Workday Student. Students may now review Fall 2024 course fees and student account balances as well as pay tuition bills through Workday!  Workday allows students to easily see their current balance, as well as amounts coming due in the future, and payment history. UACCM Breaks Ground on Nursing and Science Center

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) broke ground for the new $16 million Nursing and Science Center on Friday.  The two-story, 36,000 square-foot Nursing and Science Center will be located southwest of Technology Building II on the UACCM campus and will feature seven science labs and classrooms, ten nursing labs and classrooms, and two student lounges for studying.  In attendance for the groundbreaking was Arkansas Rep. Rick Beck, University of Arkansas System President Dr. Donald R. Bobbitt, Conway County Judge Jimmy Hart, Morrilton Mayor Allen Lipsmeyer, District Director for Rep.
