Zumba!

Zumba is a program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow movements to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will have you wanting to work out, loving to work out and getting hooked on working out.


There are two more sessions of Zumba classes currently scheduled thorough UACCM’s community education as a non-credit class.
  1. October 14, 21, 28, and November 4, 11, 18 from 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
    $30.00 per person
  2. Decemeber 9, 14, 16 and 21 from 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
    $20.00 per person

Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in just one exciting hour of calorie burning, body energizing and awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate life.  The routine features interval training, where fast and slow rhythms as well as resistance training are combined, to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
