Free workshop from Universal Housing Development


The UACCM Career Pathways office is pleased to host a free campus-wide workshop from the Universal Housing Development Corporation on Tuesday, September 28, in the UACCM Fine Arts Auditorium. The workshop, scheduled for presentations at both 11 a.m. and noon, is available to all students, faculty, and staff.
Universal Housing provides individuals with free credit counseling and an IDA savings account that matches $3 for every $1 contributed by the individual. Money saved can be used to purchase a home, repair an existing home, or used toward educational goals. Students currently enrolled in Career Pathways must attend one Employability Workshop per semester.

  The Arkansas Transfer Achievement Scholarship is a program that reduces the tuition rate for UACCM graduates who transfer to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. With this scholarship, graduates with an Associate of Arts or Science degrees will pay their UACCM tuition rate instead of the full rate of the Fayetteville campus, resulting in big savings on their path to gaining a bachelor’s degree. The scholarship is available to students from the seven community colleges in the University of Arkansas System, allowing them to pay the rate they paid at their UA two-year college. It is renewable for a maximum of 10 regular semesters and only applies to students transferring to the UA Fayetteville. Pay Tuition Bills and Review Account Balances Through Workday

UACCM is continuing to improve the student information system experience as we transition from Campus Connect to Workday Student. Students may now review Fall 2024 course fees and student account balances as well as pay tuition bills through Workday!  Workday allows students to easily see their current balance, as well as amounts coming due in the future, and payment history.
