Here are a couple of class cancelations for today:
  • Lewis Hunt's 9:25 am class is canceled
  • Terry Cleaver's classes (all) are canceled today
  • Anthony Holt's classes (all remaining) are canceled today
The spring 2010 Phi Theta Kappa induction ceremony is scheduled for this evening at 7:00 pm in the UACCM Fine Arts Auditorium. The ceremony honors students who have achieved exceptional academic success in college, and all are invitied to attend and support the achievement of this group of students. A reception will follow the ceremony and will be held at The Plaza. If you can't make it to the induction, please join us in recognizing these outstanding UACCM students. Congrats, inductees!

UACCM Breaks Ground on Nursing and Science Center

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) broke ground for the new $16 million Nursing and Science Center on Friday.  The two-story, 36,000 square-foot Nursing and Science Center will be located southwest of Technology Building II on the UACCM campus and will feature seven science labs and classrooms, ten nursing labs and classrooms, and two student lounges for studying.  In attendance for the groundbreaking was Arkansas Rep. Rick Beck, University of Arkansas System President Dr. Donald R. Bobbitt, Conway County Judge Jimmy Hart, Morrilton Mayor Allen Lipsmeyer, District Director for Rep. Five Programs Granted Accreditation

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) has been granted accreditation on the following programs: AAS – Computer Information Systems Technology; AAS – Computer Aided Drafting & Design Technology; AAS – Industrial Mechanics & Maintenance Technology; AAS – Surveying; and AAS – Business.  The programs were granted accreditation by The Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) Board of Accreditation.  “UACCM takes seriously the importance of ATMAE accreditation,” said UACCM Chancellor Lisa Willenberg.  “I appreciate the efforts of both the ATMAE Board of Accreditation and the UACCM team responsible for the completion of the progress report, namely UACCM Dean of Science, Technology, and Mathematics Robert Keeton.”  The ATMAE accreditation joins a list of over a dozen accreditations and approvals that UACCM currently holds, including from The Higher Learning Commission, Arkansas Division of Higher Education, Ar...

Pay Tuition Bills and Review Account Balances Through Workday

UACCM is continuing to improve the student information system experience as we transition from Campus Connect to Workday Student. Students may now review Fall 2024 course fees and student account balances as well as pay tuition bills through Workday!  Workday allows students to easily see their current balance, as well as amounts coming due in the future, and payment history.
