Raffles, races, and who needs an extra job?

Attention Hunters...Raffle Tickets Available - This Saturday marks the UACCM Foundations "Aiming for Education" Skeet Shoot Fundraiser. Even if you're missing out on Saturday's action, you can still win some awesome prizes! Stop by the UACCM Office of Institutional Advancement in the University Center (ask for us at the Information Desk) and purchase your tickets to have a chance of winning one or more of the following hunting-related items:
  • Ameristep Doghouse Blind
  • Ameristep 2-man Jakehouse Blind
  • Duck Commander Gift Set (2)
  • Ameristep Deluxe Blind Bench
  • Thermacell Personal Mosquito Repellants (2)
  • Tree-Stand Convenience Kit
Tickets are $1 each or six for $5. Drawing will be held this Saturday following the skeet shoot event, and you need not be present to win. Good luck!

Racing for a Cure - Hey, ladies! The Race for the Cure is scheduled for Saturday, October 17 in Little Rock, and the UACCM team is ready to organize! Anyone interested in joining the team can stop by during one of the following times to talk details, costs, shirt design, and more:
  • Tuesday, September 15, X-period (12:00 noon), Room 106, Business Technology Center
  • Wednesday, September 16, 1:00 pm, Room 106, Business Technology Center
Intramural Workers Needed - Interested in getting involved in intramural sports? Really involved? UACCM is currently searching for 5-6 students interested in helping set up/take down equipment, keep score and officiate during games, etc. (approx. 5 hours/week) for the UACCM Intramural Sports Program. Stop by and see UACCM Director of Student Activities Kelley Roach in Union Station in the Kirk Building to fill out an application. Previous experience with sports and/or officiating is a plus, but it's open to anybody interested!

Student Onboarding Due March 25

In preparation for Fall 2024 advising & registration, students should log into Workday and complete a series of tasks called Student Onboarding : Students should log in to Workday and complete these tasks:  Navigate to  myapps.microsoft.com  in a web browser.  Log in with your UACCM email and password when prompted. You may also be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or secure code.  A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled “Workday” and select it.  You are now logged into Workday!  Once logged in, you will do the Federal Student Aid Authorization and then complete My Tasks .  This will include such things editing your contact information (if necessary), editing your personal information (if necessary), adding My Friends and Family (emergency contact information), and other tasks. When entering your My Friends and Family information, you must select Emergency Contact as one of the relationship types or you will get an error message .

UACCM Eclipse Parking

  The following guidelines apply to any vehicles parked on the UACCM campus at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. FOR VISITORS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  Purchase an eclipse parking pass for $100 from the either of the tents located on University Boulevard  (🟧 on map). You are allowed to park anywhere in eclipse parking (blue on map). FOR STUDENTS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  You are allowed to park in eclipse parking (blue on map), free of charge. You must present a valid and current UACCM Student ID at either tent located on University Boulevard (🟧 on map). A UACCM campus parking pass is also required.  FOR STUDENTS CONDUCTING BUSINESS: You may park in the parking lot in front of the UC and BTC (pink on map). You must present a valid and current UACCM Student ID at either tent located on University Boulevard (🟧 on map). A UACCM campus parking pass is also required.

Get to know Miss UACCM 2023

  Earlier this month, Zaybrau Williams, from Dardanelle, was named Miss UACCM in the fifteenth annual Miss UACCM pageant.  Zaybrau was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the UACCM’s Chancellor’s Office, a floral bouquet courtesy of Plummer’s Flowers and Gifts, Morrilton, and gifts cards from Elia’s Mexican Grill, Morrilton, and Red Barn Market, Conway. Get to know Miss UACCM 2023, Zaybrau Williams, a little more. Why did you choose UACCM? I chose UACCM because of the community size and the various opportunities that are available to me. From being raised in a small community, UACCM felt like home. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming, it made choosing UACCM so easy. What are your educational and career goals?
