Arn Named New Vice Chancellor for Academic Instructions
Mrs. Diana Arn was recently selected as the new vice chancellor for instruction at the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton. She has been an employee of the College for 21 years, 15 of which were spent as an instructor in the business department. Most recently, Arn served as division chair of humanities, social sciences, and mathematics.
Arn earned an associate of arts degree from Arkansas State University-Beebe, a bachelor of arts from Harding University, and a master of science in education from the University of Central Arkansas. In her new position, Arn will be responsible for managing and coordinating UACCM’s instructional program including academic options, occupational specific options, non-credit community education options, library services, and other academic support areas.
“It certainly is an honor and opportunity to be selected vice chancellor for Academic Services. As UACCM continues to grow in enrollment and the number of programs offered increases, I look forward to the many challenges ahead. I am very proud of the quality of the current faculty, and I wish to maintain the College’s high standards of offerings to our service area.”
