UACCM "Night of Luminaries" Rescheduled for December 12

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton’s Night of Luminaries originally scheduled for November 30 has been rescheduled for Tuesday, December 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The date was changed due to the possibility of inclement weather.
The public is invited to visit UACCM and view approximately 1500 candle-lit paper bags illuminating the campus drive. The candle-lit paper bags have been individually decorated during the past several weeks by the kindergarten through sixth grade students enrolled in all elementary schools in Conway County, along with the Center for Exceptional Children.
Individuals attending the Night of Luminaries should enter the campus through the Bruce Street entrance on the east end of the college property. The official route will take vehicles behind the Kirk Building before passing the Science Building and the Technology II and Technology III Buildings. The route will continue west past the Fine Arts Building to the UACCM Plaza, where visitors may stop for refreshments. Santa Claus will be in the Plaza to distribute toys to children. The public is invited to attend this free event.
